Homemade Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

These are one of my favorite treats to make!  They are purely Vegan, but you would never know! Great to make and bring to parties as a dessert or to have on hand when you are craving something sweet.  Not only are they tasty, but they are quick and easy to make!

The Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Vegan Butter
- 3/4 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
- 3/4 Vegan Graham Crackers, Crushed
- 1/4  Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips

The Directions
1. Melt Vegan Butter over medium heat
2. Once melted, add in Peanut Butter, Graham Cracker crumbs and Brown Sugar
3. Mix well until ingredients are full blended together in a liquid consistency
4. Using Cupcake Tins, pour the mixture into each tin - about 2 tablespoons per tin
5. Let sit while you combine the Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips and Almond Milk in a separate bowl and melt over medium heat
6. Once melted pour chocolate mixture over top of each tin filled with Peanut Butter mixture (about 1 tablespoon per tin)
7. Put cups into freezer.  Once frozen for 60-75 minutes, they are ready to eat!
